it's even more confusing and cluttered after the big change. please just keep it simple. I had to lower it again. really don't like this.

Competitors offer simple rewards where you scan card or enter phone # to receive a fixed discount. Caseys wants you to either buy their overpriced goods in store or wait and accumulate before you "earn" a discount.

points rack up quickly. in stores = no problems. the app is rarely working when you need it to. I get logged out randomly. especially when I open the app to check how many points I have, it shows me as logged out. so then I have to sign in yet again. it takes you to Casey's webpage to sing in. after I sign in (if the webpage loads...) and go back to the app, I'm informed that I need to sign in or sign up. forcing me to repeat the process...
