This app is convenient. It still doesn't justify the cost. We spent $300 on groceries. That also included a very nice tip for the shopper. Outside of the tip it was about $275. The receipt from the store was left in the bag. Our grocery total would have been $225. We spent an extra $75 for the service. We even had the express pass, where they wave fees! If you don't mind paying an insane amount of upcharges, go for it.

Put in an order for a hundred and thirty dollars worth of groceries did not receive over thirty dollars worth of them... i was missing drinks and two boxes of jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. when I brought this matter to their attention, they refused to reissue the order.Give me a refund or compensate me in any way.And I think that's insane.I'm the one who was missing items. what's worse is I have been a subscriber to them for years.Have had an annual subscription for years.

nice experience 1st time using I'm impressed
I've only used it 3 Times in an emergency and today I was charged for subscription I never got when trying to get a refund I had to use a chat and argue with people who's names are 100 percent not American at all if you get what I mean and I had to argue and argue to finally get my refund. I'm never ordering from them again!
I wouldn't recommend this app. the delivery people are horrible. I oder cat litter and the delivery person did lots of orders at the same time, and someone tried to change there location on there delivery, and so the delivery person marked mine as delivered and so he said he was on his way, and he ask me what apartment I was at, but he marked my item as delivery and that disable any kind of communication with the driver. so instacart said the are refusing my redelivery or a refund.

Instacart is great. But, I always keep getting part of other people's orders. If it wasn't for that it would be ok.I always ask to keep my orders separate.
