I really dislike the fact that I can't review orders or rate the drivers and how the order went, I orders crazy bread and they gave me crazy bread with cheese on it which looked weird. please add a way to rate the orders and dashers

app is easy too use but my deals tab or challenges tab never shows anything. my coupons are gone. I hope they fix this issue

the "more for $10.99" option has been broken since it came out. The app never fixed this and it's losing people deals and in turn, buisness for a heavyweight pizza company.

SUCKS! DOESN'T WORK! Apparently you can't call and order a pretzel pizza anymore but you can order it through the app. It's been 6 days of logging in and out and even created a new account and the app doesn't work. Says call the store to place order. When I did they said that I have to use app. Update: Please add PC option to your app if you're going to charge extra at pick up.

4/25/26- Caesars has made improvements to their app since I last reviewed it in 2019. The platform is simpler and ordering is quick and efficient. 👍 much better! 8/28/19- This app used to be quick and easy. Every transaction that I'd make would end up with a 'Yikes!' Error. I made a second account to see if it'll work this time, it took over 5 minutes to get in the app. I am overly frustrated and upset! It works on my family's phones but not mine. We have the same phone! 😤
