love the app but impossible to retrieve code and enter told sign up for rewardd

great services and good quality food
I don't want to have to order through your app to earn rewards points. I should be able to order in store to earn them too.
KFC app takes forever to order anything. it's slow, or even unresponsive at times while trying to make selections. you can do better by going to the KFC and ordering there!
Won't let me adjust my order. I have rewards for chicken sliders. I am deathly allergic to pickles, yet it won't let me adjust it to remove the pickles. Fix that.
downloaded the app TWICE!! because when you launch the app it stays on the kfc icon logo. doesn't even work!!.
the rewards are nice but it's inconvenient if you want to place your order when you're in a hurry and pick it up on your way to work or something because The app will say your order is ready but when you get to the store they'll say it's going to be about another 13 to 20 minutes We got to make that chicken for you okay so what's the point of the app if They don't start the order until you give them your name and forget going inside to pick up because every KFC I've been to have the doors locked
Redeeming a reward for a side and then adding any side to your order that's cheaper will make the cheaper item free instead of whatever you selected as a reward. Absolutely stupid system.
