app has login issues and the interface navigation is not very good. app has stopped working does not pass the load up screen. will not let me log in. even if I get the email link it just loads and does not open. this is very damaging to reputation to Wendy's and outside of normal app expectations
stuck on splash screen
no issues so far, works smoothly, easy to navigate. just two things. One, tea has been removed as a drink even though they still serve it, please add it back. Two, the $2 off breakfast combo coupon doesn't work on any new combos added even though they are listed under breakfast combos, works in store but not on the app, plz fix I'd like to try the new jalapeno stuff without having to talk to people as much.
all my payments decline with Google pay when claiming with Wendy's points
app just sucks
Yeah, the new update sucks. I'm also pretty sure you guys upped the prices. I'm not sure I haven't ordered online in a while
App has started opening to just a white screen with the logo and nothing else (I have tried uninstall and reinstall and nothing changed) Update apr 25 - app is behaving again but I wish it was more reliable when it often refuses to load
app is complete garbage
We have looked all over the app, and all we can find is the current chocolate chip cookie dough frosty. There is no option for adding a vanilla or chocolate frosty. I hope you remedy this super soon!!
I try to use the in-app coupon but the app won't let me use $2 off combo even though it is exactly what I iredered an exact combo
