I had contacted support and was told to delete my account and make a new one. I did and I'm still having issues with the app. I still cant read what items I need to buy for the bonus star deals. They're still left as blanks {} Useless app.
Hasn't worked for almost a month
I ordered breakfast from the mobile app 10 minutes after I arrived at the store. my breakfast wasn't ready until 20 minutes later. I'm disappointed. I was late for work.

used to be amazing but they stingy with the rewards. They got rid of double points for preloading a card making it pointless to preload.
love Starbucks. I. just wish they would have coffee lot more cheaper. lot more easier even though birthdays.
can't buy egift
Nothing works. I can't add more money, my profile removed my name, can't see my stars.
Sent my order with a door dash fully unsealed, no bag, no sticker, and no drink opening covers.
Why in the sam hill can I not tip my baristas without loading a minimum of $25 (!!!) on a Starbucks giftcard?! Why am I loaning a multi-billion dollar corporation an extra $10-$20 in gift card sales just to be able to give their workers the appreciation they deserve?! Give debit and credit card payers the option to tip!
