Apps that make me log in every other time I use them, typically get deleted on my phone. I deleted this one today. Poor user experience.
terrible website sucks
I have been trying to get this thing updated and open for a month it keeps saying it's down worst app ever, whoever you have running it should be fired.
App is broken. On the meals, you can't change your side or your drink selection so you're just stuck with what they automatically want to give you.
can't sign in. login form does nothing. build a proper login page, don't send me off to a browser. lazy development.
App crashes and closes on me every other time I try to use it. So frustrating!
No option to remember credit card info. Have to enter every time. Every other fast food app I use has this ability. Edit: Latest updates have made it worse. App STILL does not remember CC info and cannot order more than one horsey sauce packet. Also, I have used an initial for my name all along. Now that does not work for some reason.
Haven't been able to log in for a week now. Keeps asking me to update my phone number which is already on file since I get text deal notifications. Every time I try to update, I get an error message and to try again later.
I wish that Santa Cruz, CA. would have an Arby's in Mission Street. it would be great if they did. So that way, I wouldn't have to go so far away to give my order to them.
tired of having to up date every time I want to use you app, I'm just about to delete this app
