Ordered and waited an entire evening , called the store to follow-up as per Ubers request , they claimed they never got the order and it was an app issue , then my delivery was marked delivered and complete. Called the store again , they still claimed they never received any order. Uber say only a store can mark an order as comleted and delivered. Absolutely the worst service from any company I have ever received. I'd give zero stars. Would not recommend using them.
ordered food from a restaurant. driver gets there and finds out the restaurant is out of what i ordered. tried to cancel the order and uber is saying i will still be charged for the entire order. i will be using door dash from now on. Hopefully thier customer service people have any sort of common sense.
they automatically confirm your order by counting down from 7 seconds. before you get to confirm all the information is correct. then if you cancel, they will keep 90% of your money as a loophole to steal from you. they are not helpful at all and will not refund you. I should not be having to pay for their mistake in their app. also fees are outrageous.
the drivers are absolutely horrendous
My food was stolen by the delivery driver and I have no way of talking to customer service. Everything is done through AI. Give us the option to call and speak to an actual person!
They charged me 2x times the amount of 15.55€ for an order that was cancelled in 30 seconds after making it, 1 week ago and today another charge. I tried to get in touch with the support but it's pretty much inexistent. Shame on you!
Garbage company. Refused to refund me when they gave me someone else's order. Took 2 days to respond to me and by that time it was "too late" to refund me. So I paid to get someone else's order. update to add these people are so desperate for more of our money they claim to refund with Uber cash and than take it back within 24 hours. SHEENA was useless as well.
however Uber Eats manages to attract the most dmfk drivers will be studied far into the future
Order took more than 1 hour cancelled and got charged the full amount. Great service. also uberone is charging a service charge
This app is not well design, it looks like someone just add stuff over time. For instance, I place an order from my nearest restaurant and it tells me that its far away. After selection of the restaurant, I can't tell if it changed it to another more far (same company) or simply the algorithm that calculates distance is wrong (5 minutes to deliver) is not far away. Also, I don't seem to be able to remove an uber taxi address from the delivery list? What confusion. 3 stars is probably being nice.
