ordering is easy enough, which I appreciate, but there's no accurate info in terms of what the store you're ordering from actually has available & I literally every single time I wait in the drive thru only to be told at the window that they dont have what I ordered. Just happened yesterday & today. The store staff aren't trained to handle this & they get angry at me, cant figure out how to refund me. It's really frustrating. So, yeah, doubt I'll use the app anymore until they have accurate info
Used to be good. Now it's so slow to even open. If I literally have to wait more than a full minute for the app to open, it is garbage and deserves a 1 star rating and I most likely won't use it ever again.

Not user friendly for people who need to look at nutritional information. Devs need to look at the Caribou app and take notes. Deleted.
I love this app I really do, but there needs to be a cancel order button on this thing; because I tried to schedule an order for tomorrow morning and the app glitched or something, and changed it for pick up ASAP instead of the scheduled time I put. An the phone number for the store, which I tried to use 5 times no one picked up so now I have to hope I can get them to cancel and refund me when I go over there; or see if they can change it to be made at 8am.
