I WANT MY FOOD!!! Doordash would've had my food by now! USE DOORDASH! USE DOORDASH! USE DOORDASH!!! All grubdump will do is give you trash credits if no one pick it up! DOORDASH DOORDASH DOORDASH!!! Locked me out of the chat and is ONLY offering $5 credit dollars for a $25+ order?!?!?!?!?!? BOOOOOO BOOOOOO USE DOORDASH PLEASE!!!!!!!
I thought getting a free grubhub account through amazon would be great, but it was a nightmare setting up. First there was no support button for a chat ai or person and I had to google a phone # Then both companies blamed wach other and neither could help. Now I find out over half the restaurants I like aren't available here, yet doordash and ubereats go to them. And they're popular restaurants! Good thing it's free, I'd be ticked if I paid for it. Any other delivery company is better than GH
dont order from this app if you want your food in less than 2 hours, ive had maybe one order ever not be late
refuses to let you send a request to delete any and all personal information from account
two of three orders took and hour and a half, one was 2 minutes down the road. third delivery, after an hour and a half I found out the store was closed and contacted grubhub and THEN they canceled it. worst delivery app ever
When the drivers are from the restaurant great. when the drivers are by grubhub, you're taking a chance on getting your food. Actual ordering the app works great.
My first order was an hour late, then I tried to use the app to see if it was just 5 guys this afternoon and it wouldn't accept the payment method, guess I'll stick to doordash.
this is the 4th or 5th time that I've ordered from grubhub delivery would say delivered but no delivery man. they take your money and deny you a refund when you haven't gotten your items. so they steal your money lie that delivery was made and then deny refunding your own dam money !!! SHUT THIS APP DOWN !!! if I can rate 0 stars I would
Yeah so I'll never order from GrubHub again, had 2 drivers canceled on my last order then it finally arrived almost 2 hours later. Food was cold of course so I issued a refund on the 30 dollar order I made but was only offered 5 dollars back in credits then when I wrote the AI chat agent that 5 in credits is not nearly enough for a refund and then they "issued 15 credits but the app only shows 10 credits and I can't use them and don't know which store I can use them on. Back to doordash I go
Wish they would bring back the pin security feature. Now drivers are back to dropping off orders where ever they want.
