I cant get into my account and lost all my points since this new update. I changed my password and still keeps me out. not to mention I cant ever play trivia.

Call ahead to find out how backed up they are before ordering. We waited 38 minutes past the promised time for 2 entrees and a side at the pickup counter, over an hour past when my CC was charged. Restaurant can't do anything for excessively late orders ordered through the app. After all that my kid refused to eat the not very creamy, chewy mac and cheese. Delivery companies seem to get priority service, watched many other later orders done before ours. One extra star, other food was good.
Although you can order from the app, the points system is a joke. when you scan the QR code on the receipt from the store the app says it's invalid. the format the receipt is in is different than what the app asks for. It doesn't work if you input it manually either.
This app only stinks a little bit now!
I've been trying to use the app for delivery, but any time I try to input my address it doesn't pop up. I've tried multiple addresses and it never works.
Hadn't used the app in a while.Tried for half an hour to order wings driving home from a day business trip. After multiple attempts buy one get one half off on Tuesdays, I couldn't order more than 15 wings, the price wasn't making sense, and it kept trying to redirect to a BWW that was "closer to me". No option to order more than 15 wings either? I gave up after multiple attempts and grabbed a pizza from somewhere else.
I've had the app for many years every time.I try to use the points.It says that there is a problem not been able to use the points in over a year.

This app is completely confusing. Discounts on BOGO items are not shown. Descriptions are convoluted and missing important context. Predatory sales tactics. Beware.
