app is not connected to the store so unless I oder thru the app they cant accept anything from the app. its 2026 and they cant even link their own app to their own systems. smh
Bring back the offers. Nobody is going to pay $15 for a combo at Jack in the box. For that price I'll go to Chipotle or Canes.
App works great! I order food and the driver delivered my meal quickly.

I can't download the app
W T H ? Try to log in and all it does is forever go in circles. Put an email address in, check your email, click the link, back to the app where nothing happens. If you hit "continue" the cycle starts over. There's no way to actually log in. Not on the web either, apparently.
Difficult to navigate
Great food and helpful. employees
Your burgers aren't worth what you charge and your value menu is horrendous. Add food that's actually real with real taste. Your prices are ridiculous; especially for a single sandwich.
