when I open the app it just looks like a screenshot someone took of their home screen and nothing happens.
There is still a bug after the update. i keep getting "error" pop up at the bottom of the screen when searching locations. Hayward, CA location shows as "Delivery and Pick-Up" but when I select Delivery, the location changes to Alameda. I'd like to deliver from the Hayward location, they make the best creations. It won't let me change the Cold Stone Delivery location. If delivery isn't an option at the Hayward, CA. location, the word "Delivery" should be removed from the location in the app.
no cellphone,so without a cell phone you can't make a new account because they want to text you a code. Such a shame maybe in the future they'll figure out not everybody's controlled by a phone in their hand that they got to carry around wherever they go when they leave their home.
Back swipe just closes out the app, rather than return to previous menu like other standard app functions. Ordered pick up in app, order was received but no listing in order history nor did I get any reward points shown in app.
this app sucks. when putting in my phone number for the account, I accidentally typed it in wrong. I figured it would be an easy fix: you go to the app's settings, update personal information, put in the correct phone number. nope. in order to update your personal info, you need to go to a third party website, navigate their extremely confusing UI, and submit a request to change your personal information. then, it will take them about 7 DAYS to review your request and MAYBE fulfill your request.
Always crashing, can't find the right location, the list goes on. In this day and age you'd expect better from such a big company. Cold Stone, you are losing money because of your horrendous app!

The app kinda sucks. When you try to use your rewards. it says to login. When you push login or sign in. Nothing happens. Just a blank screen. SMH

I never seem to get rewards on this app. its a use once and delete app for me.
