App did not function right on my phone. I was usually unable to convert points to fas bucks and never was able to redeem fas bucks in-store.

The new rewards system is horrible! I drive a fleet vehicle and fill up multiple times a week. After three months I almost had 500 points, the app took all my points away cause of their new 90 day policy... SMH 😒
garbage. ever since you upgraded the app it won't let me sign in and I know it's the password. sending forgot password email does nothing. Email won't arrive and I know it's my email.

I'm not impressed. I call to have some answers to a few things. It's clear to me that you don't know how to call people back. This was over 2 weeks ago. I've ever emailed still nothing. How rude to say we are busy and leave a message and we will get back to you. It seems like you have enough customers that I don't matter. I guess you just lost one because If that's how you act then I will take my business somewhere else that will have better customer service than what I've dealt with.
at the beginning of the rewards fas card you all gave away a lot of stuff now ain't much things happening with the card.plus I was having problems that I pick the offer it wouldn't load to my card
