One year review... the temp probe will NOT hold a charge long enough for even ONE burger... 15-20 minutes max... will be looking for a different brand/make when this gets thrown in the trash.

They work! If I really searched the only complaint I could say about them is that the estimated time can be a bit off sometimes. They are reliable and the app is super easy to navigate.

battery is pretty weak. doesn't hold charge for very long. starting it up you are interrupted by ads. your home screen is products and some recipes you have to tap to the screen for the whole reason you paid the absurd amount of money. Only to realize the range they advertise is if you grill or BBQ without a lid

It's good, needs to allow for more customization. or Utlize AI for a more immersion customization experience. for example I'm smoking a brisket. but I'm not pulling it to wrap it them put back on. the app assumes that's what's happening. also the charge needs to last longer.

Excellent app! Does everything you want it to. I only have two suggestions. One being making a live read on the notification menu. This removes having to open your app to see the cook temps. Secondly, some of the suggested cooks for smoking meats are a bit... shall we say incorrect. I would probably hire someone who actually smokes meat design those presets.

Takes all the guessing out a good cook. For a long cook, I'll crank up the smoker before going to bed and know I can depend on the Chef iQ to keep watch while I sleep.
