As a 3+ year hellofresh user buyers beware. For the last month or so, the app has been having an issue where it will forget every meal choice I made and keep the extended menu items. Each time I have brought this to Hellofresh's attention, they blame me for not editing the choices, but fail to mention that I had to edit some part of the meal to get to the extended menu. I keep getting meals I do not want and extra meals (and money charged) when I have said no to them.

trying to get support through the app is painful, when you actually get a person through the app it gets even more painful.

Great idea ruined by greed. Pop ups and embedded ads for deals that I didn't care about made the interface clunky. It became apparent after my 2nd attempt to find the "cancel subscription" button that the company doesn't want to make it easy for users to cancel their subscriptions. Finally found it in the Help Center as a hyperlink in an article. Pretty sure every screen I was presented with reminded me I could "skip" a meal or suggested "I don't actually want to cancel". the app ruined the food

Generally, this is a good app with many different recipes, but why do most of those recipes not have quantities? How am I supposed to know how much ingredient I need to put?

As much as I enjoy the recipes and ingredients provided, I'm starting to lose my patience with this service. I budgeted for it to replace three dinners a week, which means I need the box to arrive when it's supposed to. It's pretty irritating that they frequently do not deliver on time, and the tracking feature gives you the nebulous "shipped" update, sometimes for a full week. out of space now, but: HF, don't outsource delivery please.

Good product, horrid new app update. 1. The new meal selector is slow and unresponsive, often taking significant time to update selections. 2. The app records inconsistent state - it's a huge problem when making edits results in different menu elements saying different things about how many meals I have selected. 3. No contact forms mean I have to share this feedback through Google Play reviews, apparently?

the concept is good, however the app is a parasite. it doesn't takes in consideration any religious or health diets. Also, I did use it for 2 weeks, and cancelled my plan. Two months later, it withdrew money from my card anyway and forced me to order again. so I had to cancel my plans AGAIN and don't even have access to what the app ordered for me.
