it does what it is supposed to do. do find it funny when they tell me I get a free birthday sandwich but when I try to add it to my account it is unable to apply. hmm...
Rewards always give an error message. I was going to get Jimmy Johns today but I guess I'll go to Jersey Mike's since they have an app that actually works. Error happened on a Pixel 10

the app works but I can't use any rewards or offers that are on the app or that's I've earned.
App works OK, but doesn't allow me to redeem rewards. After selecting rewards in the app, redeeming in app is impossible.
User friendly, never had a problem! April 2026 edit: for the past few weeks the app no longer allows you to pay. it jumps right to "place order," with no choices of how to pay and they receive the order at the store with a note that payment is still required.
they dont let you redeem rewards and have absurd expectations on them while not letting you apply them to an order. the support line is trash. Just hit Subway. at least they have variety.
The App works great... because you are ordering something and giving them money. The rewards are a joke. I think I earned a "free pickle" once. When the employees ask if I have a phone number with them, I dont know why I even bother.
The app works fine but then they feed you ads in the form of "unlocking a discount" for other companies when you check out. Absolutely trash design.
