whats the point of having a mobile app with mobile ordering if I have to go inside the store to pickup my order lmao
it's my first time at Bojangles so I got the free chicken sandwich and in my opinion the ratings are bad so I wish to help Bojangles and make sure they get a better rating

when trying to order a family meal, it doubles in price, I can't place the order through the app because it messes up the price every single time. im not paying double what I should.
No matter what I do I can't get the app to let me order picnic Borounds.
The app is decent, but please make it so you can up size a drink (drink only) that is included with your meal.
