I have repeatedly asked for a return of items that went over my bill or a return of the entire order. I did this in writing before the holiday weekend. This is ridiculous, I don't need it calculated. I wanted an itemized bill and a return of items that went over what my wallet credit should have covered! I will go to my bank tomorrow an report this charge if it is not solved. I have tried working with your team and have request this three separate times already!
My wife and I love Hungryroot! Its the easiest way to eat healthy and cut down on food shopping and food waist.
Why would I subscribe to something when I can't even view what my first order would be? That in itself seems extremely scammy & dishonest. Keeping Hello Fresh instead of trying this service.

I love the plethora of meals and choices of groceries. I pay less than I would at a big box store. You can get pretty much what you desire. My daughter is learning how to cook. Helps having all the ingredients together ❤️. I recommend you all try this it can't hurt! You can cancel, you know😉

They don't resend items you like. They send new recipes if you don't log in every week and make decisions. When you try to cancel, the UI doesn't make it easy so the first time won't work. Then you'll get a surprise when your next delivery ships to a building you moved out of. When you go to try and cancel again there are surveys with responses that make it clear that failed cancellations are part of their business model.
Love this service! healthy food, great vegetarian options with protein, weekly delivery that's super flexible and their app is amazing and so easy to use and to find substitutions for foods. could not be happier!
This used to be a great company. The food is delivered, maybe half the time. If the box itself gets damaged, they'll just throw the box away and won't tell you that you're not even gonna get your food that week. They're going to keep your money. And they will never respond. The phone number that they have for customer service doesn't actually work. The worst customer service ever. For how much money you spend for this, you would actually think they would do better.
