app won't close. back button does nothing. you have to force close. seems like a basic function for ANY app to have.
DELETED AN OLD CARD AND NOW IT WONT LET ME ADD A NEW CARD FOR PAYMENT METHOD.
I went to pick up my order and then the app logged me out and I couldn't pick "I'm here" anymore I have no idea why the app logged me out but I just feel like that's unacceptable for a food app to do when you ordered something and it gets rid of the otder
can't pay. so app is useless. no buttons to add a card or use Google pay.
10 points per dollar is standard, but $50 needs to be spent just to get a free scoop of custard! Ridiculous considering they have the survey on the back of their receipts. McDonalds only needs like $15 to be spent to get a free McChicken. I do like the deals and that you can add family member birthdays as well as preferences for burgers and custard. Overall, 4/5, would be 5/5 with better redemption of points
You can not order a "Flavor of the Day" concrete mixer in the app. How hard is this? FIX IT

Doesn't allow for full menu options. You don't have the ability to add extra topping. There is no option to swap a drink in a combo to a flavor of the day mixer. Nor is there an option to have a "flipped into a cup" waffle cone, just an option for a cup itself.
It is not working properly, and paid hamburger twice even though I ordered just once.
This app is ridiculous. it doesn't even work right.
