app needs allot of work...cnt even put pickles on my burgers if I dnt order them individually

The store on Grand ave and Mannhien rd, They need to run the second grill so your not waiting 20-25 minutes or longer for your order !
Glitchy and time consuming. Took far too long to find & get through menus. App minimized and needed reloaded every time I tried to pay in app. Generated a promo code for a free birthday dessert and didn't accept its own code.
It's obvious reviews and ratings are botted for everything now. This app literally doesn't work, yet has as of writing this 3.7 stars.
just got the app,and I love how basically simple it is!
it is just really difficult to navigate through. I found a promotion for a mobile app for $3 off. went to checkout to make some changes. accidentally deleted the promotion. when I went back in it said promotions already applied but it did not reflect a checkout. just very difficult to navigate through
I get the same error constantly it is literally unusable. how can you have an app so poorly made and consider yourself a functioning company lmao. you can't order everything off the menu there is no option for a refund if they mess up there is no option for anything people should stop using these apps to ordering If the company can't meet you in the middle
