DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! Even though the machines promote it, they don't accept the app payment! I added $15 to the app and now i cant use it!!!! A complete waste! The app won't tell you the machines don't accept app payment until you add money. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

cannot use the app at the dispenser. i added money to the app and can't use it. pretty pissed about it.

I got to download an app to get ice, what a joke. Ill just go to the gas station and pay 30 cents more to not have my data sold.

do not use this app. theres a sign for it slapped on the side of the icehouse saying it is accepted there but you can't ever get it to approve the transaction from the app, then there's nobody to respond to customer service calls or emails to refund your money so you have to file a chargeback with your bank instead. huge waste of time.

The app doesn't work you get there and you still have to use money to get ice and water My wife used it for water and it didn't give her water but it charged her I got ice a 10 lb bag and the ice never came out it's not worth it you lose more money than you get it back

super easy to keep it loaded (every 20 gets you a bag free) & 10 bags of Ice/purchases of water...gets you a free same too. wish they had a referral reward....I've turned sooooo many people onto this place now
