always a new and different twist on standard dishes and love all the international and fusion dishes making dinner with the standard ingredients a lot less boring

this app has it all: consistent format, metric or Gringo measurements, reader experiences & tips, with recipes for just about anything, all from some of the best cooks in the world. Delicious comes from every entry.

Many great recipes, although too often they require special ingredients that aren't easily available. Also, many recipes list Diamond Crystal kosher salt as an ingredient. That hasn't been produced in years (and I miss it!!!) If there is another brand of fine kosher salt, please let us all know!

My go to app to decide what to cook at lunch time. Most recipes are simple, relatively fast to make. I haven't been disappointed.

I didn't know I could cook such delicious meals! Easy to follow recipes and with a few key cooking tools (a skillet, a Dutch oven, e.g.) the possibilities are endless.

Every once in a while I try this app, hoping it has improved, and so far _for years_ I'm still disappointed. Still jerky scrolling and still no dark mode?! Why is this app so much worse than other NYT apps?
