I wish that the Jack's app would go back to the way it was when it first came out I could get all my rewards because I go to Jack's to eat 7 to 8 times a days and I don't get to use the QR code on all of them because your only able to do maybe 4 a days but when I go to McDonald's I get to get all my QR code used and I hate going to McDonald's because I live so closer to Jack's please fix it so I can get all my reward points

No reward points and I've ordered there 3 times using the app.

I have had the app for a long time with no issue..I even have it on my old phone but my phone glitched out & I had to redownload a bunch of my apps & now I can't even get it to open on my new phone anymore.

I love Jack's but their app is not good. It doesn't want to let you get offers on the app. Also it has added an invalid birthdate 6 my profile and there is a lock emoji on it,so I cannot change it. It will not let me add a profile picture. I had to go in to get help from Restaurant staff and the woman told me the app glitches all the time. please fix that and let me also put in my valid birthdate. Also have a few Vegetarian options like Impossible Hamburgers or your fried green tomato sandwiches

your points expire.. mcdonalds dont tacobell dont nobody expires but Jack i earned them points and you just expire them. oh no champys it is
