This is a first for me. I ordered $44 worth of food at 4pm and scheduled a later time delivery (6:30) I received a text telling me that my food would be delivered at 6:17. I then received a text saying my order was picked up and would be delivered at 613. 5 min later I received a text saying that the food was being delivered WAS COLD and LJS was NOT going to remake it. I then received a call from the delivery guy telling me my order was COLD and LJS was NOT going to replace it. *to be continued!

Haven't been to Long John's in years. Downloaded the app to use the Tmobile code for a free fish sandwich and give them another chance, but the app says it's invalid. Won't tell me what the problem is; was going to order $15 worth of food, had the free sandwich added, code expires tomorrow. Changed gears and tried to instead use the promotion taking up 1/3 of every page. That also used a code that was "invalid". Oh well.

Useless on pixel 9, bad geometry, bottom of display flowed out of usable range, I couldn't select chicken or fish quantity on the 8pc special. I had to switch to an ipad mini to place my order. For shame!!!

The app completely removes your ability to scroll and choose menu items. it will not let you choose the chicken and fish options for the family meal as it will not scroll down and keep its own UI interface over it.
