cant use my card... Constantly declines it even on pay day... used to be okay.
Why has this app stopped working on my Note 10 plus?? Why does the store say it's no longer compatible??
I love the food here and I love the staff and I had previously wrote a positive review about that. the app although is a different story 😕 I've referred friends and no code showed up to be able to get my reward for referrals. also I was supposed to get a reward for a review and I got nothing. there's no way to contact anyone about this.
I made a purchase today and the app is no longer able to be used on my device. Please fix this issue because I cannot earn rewards without the app.
horrible help logging in. I forgot my password I've been trying for weeks but I'm directed to a site that offers no help at all I gave up and just deleted my account. it's been so frustrating. this app is not easy if you forget your password. I will not recommend this app to anyone ever.
The app itself is fine, but I'm seeing that I'm not alone dealing with the fact app won't take GooglePay, or Credit Cards... Its been happening for two weeks now. Haven't been back or done any purchases bc alternatives are all scammy upcharging everything...
It used to work great, but now the app always says "No delivery services are available for your order", despite the fact that both DoorDash and UberEats have Tropical Smoothie Cafe on their apps for the same address, just at higher prices. The app is broken and the devs reply to each review with the same copy-paste "try this to fix it" message instead of fixing their app. A shame.
Update Refunded.Ordered delivery via the TSC app. Driver spilt the smoothie on my porch, picked it up and put the lid back on, then left. Of coarse I did not drink the smoothie after that. And I had to clean the mess up. Immediately called the store and they said I had to report it in the app. After reporting it via the app, I received an email that they would forward my issue to the store. Almost a week and have not heard anything else. Also, I could not find a way to adjust the tip afterwards.
As of recently the past two weeks the App will not allow my payment to process for online orders and it is frustrating as I don't have time to go in and order and have to wait for it now. please fix this issue as soon as possible.
