Was 5 Stars, but recently updates have made the app glitchy. I can't see order information, my "Recent Items" tab shows a random collaboration of past items in no particular order, excluding multiple items, making it useless. Also every time I try to use my points, it says there was an error, and the points will be credited back, but they never are. I've wasted 3 free pizzas worth of points on this problem. The overall layout and design of the app are great, but the execution is lacking.
Every few years, I ask myself, "Why don't I order Domino's?" I re-install the app and start ordering. Then I get stopped because they don't deliver to my address. I think it's been over a decade. Then I remember why I don't order from Domino's.

it works, but I have to change my password every login in, and then when I do change my password, it tells me the new password isn't right, so then I just end up logging in on a browser which DOES work, and completely invalidates the use of the app in the first place.
Very friendly polite staff. All my food has been hot and fresh. Highly recommend 😊
stop hiring the cheapest programmers. do yall actually try out your app updates before you launch them? buggy as heck
Doesn't work half the time
It's fine I guess. Like others, I do find it annoying that I have to log back in every time I close the app. My main complaint is that I can't access my order history on either the app or the website.
Good food, and I like that you can track the order, when it works, although sometimes it zooms out onto a different country. Main complaint though, there doesn't seem to be any good way to report an issue with an order I have received. This is especially a problem when attempting to contact the store results in the call being disconnected or not answered. At least one the times something was missing. I was still charged and multiple attempts to call over the course of a month was never answered.
Terrible experience. The app constantly crashes and forgets my login info. The worst part? Paying with Venmo completely breaks. It prompts you to log in, but then fails inside the app. It only works if you switch to a web browser, which totally defeats the purpose of having an app. Out of pure frustration, I took my business elsewhere. Think of how much money this company is losing by running away customers over a poorly functional app. Save your time and shop somewhere else.
