Old app worked great was intuitive to use and never failed. This updated monstrosity, is 100% garbage! It looks horrible and is difficult to read, everything is terrible from a UI standpoint, you cannot update card information or store it. The app will not accept any autofill inputs. This is a disgrace for this company to have paid a lot of money for something that barely works and is extremely difficult and time consuming to use.

Been having difficulties signing in , it said I'm locked out because of too many tries. Well it wouldn't open and I only did it once. I tried to reset my password and I'm not getting the email to do it. So please fix the problem. I have sent in a complaint.

the app USED to be good, but it feels like they REALLY butchered it for ZERO reason, the app AND website went down a few days ago, and when we tried to call, a clanker AI answered, not a human, which ALSO didn't work, since it wouldn't advance to payment. That's why yoy dont rely on AI for everything!!!! at least the pizza is great, so I'll give you a star for that

Dominos is good. App is terrible. Was good about 2 updates ago. The issues are not isolated. I order multiple times a week. It's not just that the delivery driver feature is inaccurate, but I don't even get notified about pizza delivered til long after it's delivered. Which means cold pizza. Or that I have to check my door multiple times to see if it is even here. Often app doesn't say pizza is here til I've had it for 10-15 minutes already.

Domino's made a good app terrible. I'm constantly signed out, doesn't remember my car anymore when ordering car side. The layout is not intuitive. I had to log into the website to save my credit card information.
