A perfect example of "enshitification". They first removed the free delivery on personal meals, then they removed personal meals altogether, and I'm guessing next they will eventually remove the free delivery completely. All for the sake of greed.

Worst service ever. i ordereed food from application and they deliver rotton food. I raised complained and request to return the order and check the food quality. Customer service said they cant return as per policy. They can issue onlt 10 AED voucher against 50 AED order. They have worst customer service. Finally dispose the food and wasted my money.
