Food is fine. However, the app and customer service are so bad. The help services in the app are buggy at best but are inoperative and infuriating. If a delivery is missed, good luck getting a refund.

i cancled the order and they still charged me full price. food was garbage. tasted freezer burnt and was soggy. the shakes tasted artificial. the app wont let me delete my account but i have cancled all further orders though i will say the discount from a YouTuber worked though but im still mad at the money loss complete waste.

Unable to reach company. Had received notice that .y shipment d Arrival was changed due to holiday. I responded not to shipment as I was out of town that week.shipment arrived and sat in sun unattended for a week. I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel..I paid a cancelation fe Fee and still receive shipments and charges. I finally put a stop payment but still receiving shipments. HELP

Service is good but a)the mobile app changes to order size give confirmation then order menu acts as though no change was made and b) application performance switching through menus is painfully slow for a simple information display app with filtering menus, or, fails to load the proper information. Observed on three separate family phones and we completed: a)app and phone restart b)ensuring phone and app were on latest version c)reinstalling the app completely. Samsung Galaxy devices.
