Doesn't seem to accept receipts manually entered. Also, all history lost.
For some reason this app will not approve my card when it is saved for future use I have to add my card every time so I and opted out of using this very inconvenient app and just go to a place where my app works correctly, Taco Bell works every time. not that I prefer them but the app works
Absolutely Horrible. this app NEVER works. I constantly get a "no internet connection" message on the screen, then when I try to add food to the cart it says it cant for some reason or another, then if I do manage to get food in the cart, it won't let me pay. lol, guess I'm just not going to use this app anymore. if I could give ZERO stars, I would. Del Taco should just shut this thing down, its a really bad look for your company.
I'm not able to download this new app. I had to uninstall my old app, but I can't get this downloaded!
App won't let me place an order. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing changed
Many permanent, core menu items (like standard tacos and burritos) are completely missing their calorie information on the ordering screen. Under FDA regulations for chain restaurants, mobile ordering apps are legally required to show calorie counts clearly next to the item names. It looks like a database or data-sync bug. Please update the app to restore the missing nutrition data so customers can track what they are ordering.
