افضل تطبيق توصيل طعام بالخصوص من ناحية فريق الدعم رد سريع وحل مشاكل اسرع و اسلوب محترم و تعويض للخسائر ، شغلة وحده ديسووها مو حلوة ديضيفون مبالغ مالها داعي اضافة ثابته تصل الى ١٠٠٠ دينار للخدمة واضافة ٥٠٠ للطلبات الاقل من ٥٠٠٠ هاي ابد مو منطقية ، هالاشياء دتزعجني بالتطبيق دتصيرون ماديين جدا وانتوا اصلا رافعين اسعار الوجبات وماخذين نسبتكم مقدما هالزيادات مالها داعي وتفرق بالذات للزبائن يوميين

Very disappointing support experience. I ordered through Toters and found a long hair inside my food. I sent a photo as proof and requested a refund, but I was told it could not be issued because of the restaurant’s policy. For a food hygiene issue, this response is unacceptable. Toters should take more responsibility when clear proof is provided.

The reward system is a joke. You need to do orders worth 850$+ to get 5 free deliveries, used to be around 200$ which was reasonable. This applies to all the rewards and coupons. Such a joke...
