As a Pro subscriber, I expected better. Whenever there is an issue, customer service fails to offer real solutions, instead pushing vouchers that force you to spend more money. You end up losing out while they act as if they are the only option in the market. Being a paid member has not improved my experience at all. I am switching to other food delivery apps that actually value their customers. Save your time and money—this service is not worth it.

طلبت انهارده اوردر من kfc عن طريق طلبات جالي الوردر ناقص وبعت اكتر من مره عالابلكيشن عرفتهم وطلبت يجيلي الاصناف اللي ناقصه .. وعدى اكتر من ٦ ساعات اهو ولا خد عبرني
if I can give them award then I will give big official scammer because I order just now few minutes ago items and from there side the remove items and then they charge small items but what I need they don't to give me and even item Miss and what u received that also worst quality items and I called there customer service they give me again new scam they try to give 15 aed voucher that also I have redeem as per there condition totally scammer in legal way I really not recommend any1 to use serv
