I really love the fries
Won't allow mobile order, only pick up
I don't like how this app changes the ordering location without notice. I set a location to order but the app prompted me to turn on location services which automatically changed the pickup location to the one closest to me. I placed the order not knowing it's been changed so had to cancel and lose the reward I used. Also extremely slow to load rewards and deals since the last update. This was right after a fresh reinstall so I'm not sure what else I could possibly do.
I have to wait 15 minutes to use my deal when it fails to go through. This has happened several times.
Was fine until...I can't choose how I want to pay when I checkout. very frustrating. why did that change???!!
It was good
It's okay, but the manager is working too hard. She needs a break on the person that should be a manager can do that. The managers can do that from home. That's my opinion, I think that's what they should do instead of having to be in the stores all the time. Just my opinion, I personal and professional opinion.Thank you , and have a blessed day
I don't want this app.i can't order
There are no longer any worthwhile deals on the app, making it pointless.
Horrible app. You can't sign in no matter what you do and customer service is no help. Extremely ridiculous. Fix the dang thing!
