for some reason at some store's you can't pick up at the drive-thru, even through they have one at that location. That doesn't make sense.
Unusable, gets stuck continuously loading at the "Continue to Payment" step

Doesn't work. Trying to do anything only yields a spinning disco ball. Occasionally it gives a nonspecific error.
Fails to find location using either location from GPS on phone or typing in the zip code.
Rewards programs sucks!!! App is only good for preordering. Blame it on Got 🙏 Chik Fil A isn't on Sundays.
It's SO bad & almost no perks! every once in a while you get some deal, but you usually have to buy one get one! Birthday you receive a drink. Scanning a visit does nothing bc there's no point system! Very disappointing!!

Literally does not work. For 1, why does it constantly log you out? Literally used the app just 2 weeks ago and it logged me out anyways. But the bigger issue is the phone code will not send no matter what. Tried 5 times, no phone code. Got blocked. Checked blocked numbers and spam, nothing. Tried signing in with a brand new account and a DIFFERENT phone #, still no code. And yall don't let people use a guest account to order ahead so thanks
