So, Scam app obviously! You scan all your books. Let's say you know you put a book in there not only popular, but expensive. They aren't stupid! They made this app after all. They know the value of books and hope that you don't. You get a bs lowball offer. Then let's say for testing purposes you send them your books. You know the value of what you send them. Then, you get an email on how bad a condition a "expensive" book is. Know what happens next? $0 And it vanishes. No proof,beware seller!

their app never sends the shipping label and when you reach out and Dennis answers he is rude and then Ivy ghosts you. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have had great experiences over the last year going through old collections of books, cd's and dvd's to downsize while making a little cash. they even pay for shipping. so far so good.
