Hate the new Alexa voice.
What a disaster of an app. It's so convoluted, unintuitive, unorganized, and just broken. The idea that programmers at a company like Amazon vomited up this mess is really shocking. And then they want you to pay for their premium version? HA!
After the update this app is horrible. There is nothing there but the devices and the alexa itself is slower than a dead slug. You can't look anything up to even add in the app.

keeps closing!! Just trying to sign it. tried resetting, re-downloading, everything.
They took a usable app, injected AI slop, and now you cant accomplish anything. Absolute trash.
terrible now doesn't install what the hell........… fcn updates why my phone is not compatible if until now I had work with it??????. I just uninstall and install again I want my phone working with Alexa I am not forced to change cellphone cause you guys update it my phone always work I want it working again if don't I will quit Alexa and change to google I have a lot of money invested in Alexa gadgets plugs lights sensors computer chargers I will fkn sell all of that you sucks
