on Friday I ordered my grocery true Publix through their third party which public still with. The driver she was lost for three and a half hours I even paid extra to expedite my delivery the next thing we found out she was three and a half hours and she was taking it to the different place this is the second time happened to me I tried to call them and speak to them no respond obviously. I never had that problem with the whole food
The app is good enough but the pick up service is horrible. They substituted items they didn't have with items that were not acceptable, full sugar items for diet drinks for example. I would rather they just deleted those items and credited my bill. When I tried to return items they tried to tell me I had to get my refund from Instacart. I picked it up at the store. They took it back in the end. I won't be using this anymore.

App does not show where product is located. Other stores show exact location of items. Also app lists items that are no longer offered.
Search feature is the worst I've ever experienced, even when you type in most of the name of something you still have to scroll down through 10-20 items before you have a chance of seeing what your looking for. I do love the list feature which tells you what isle your item is in, its just getting it on my list is the horrible part. Please Fix!
pretty good publix brand. everything too expensive. But every grocer has doubled prices in the past 2 years or less
I have to uninstall and reinstall this app to properly use it. I can't even just log out and log back in. I've reached out for technical help, and they were useless. Yes, my number is in my profile. ALL of my info is in my profile. After one use, I'm not logged out, but the app acts as though I am. It's thoroughly frustrating!
Back to check it out again. Well it worked okay except for one thing. Like others have stated there are no prices shown in the main search except for limited time sales. One must go to the store instead. Unless you use instacart best to just go to a local place to get minor items than gamble your time and money.
love that Publix listened to my last review! Now I have a different problem and it's worse. went to clip coupons and app said I need phone number in account setup. I've been using app for years & phone # was always there. I see all info is still listed there but it's not letting me clip a fee coupons.
04/25/26 UPDATE. RUINED THE APP AGAIN! WHY IS THE PRODUCT LIST ON PREVIOUS IN STORE PURCHASES GRAYED OUT? I don't understand how this app went from being terrific to just being nothing but a stupid list that you create with no other good things to say. It was working fine and you guys ruined it again.
