camera works great. the android app is almost completely useless. won't stay connected more than a few minutes even with Bluetooth and mobile data off. just buy 2 cards and swap.

Do not waste your time with this product! Constantly drops out and crashes. Only records randomly and never captures anything I need it too! the last few times I've needed it for the police I can't provide anything! From what others are saying I'm not the only one having issues. It's a shame there's no support because the camera (when working) is great and blends well with the mirror. Will be looking for a better product now as I can't rely on this at all..

For the price of the camera, I expected a much better app. Be nice to be able to access settings and the app features without being connected... or having different view options for 2 channels.

Absolutely the worst app, difficult to connect and impossible to download videos, the only way is to remove the SD card and connect to a laptop. Fitcamx need to sort this out, if the app worked it would be a great product

I was hoping this app would get better after 8 months of getting the camera but no, it's still a pain to connect and doesn't give you detail features like other cams do. a simple app and firmware fix can solve a lot of issues but so far nothing. come on fitcamx let's come to the year 2026.

not easy and hard to connect to the android phone, if you have mobile service in your phone, instructions does not help how to connect without any trouble. other apps and dash cams are able to record, GPS locations, speeds, apart from time and date. the software that comes with the dash cam only gives you date and time. however fast wifi downloads when you are able to connect to your phone. be nice to be able to see your GPS locations and speeds like other dashcams.
