Great place to buy a car
I've been locked out of my account again . this is the third time this has happened where the app tell me my password that has been same for years locks me out because all of a sudden not right this is probably the worst experience I've ever had and we'll never recommend to anyone
if you are a seller, stay away. their offers are a joke
Nick was great to work with and very accommodating, would recommend and will be taking my business there
the app is ok but when it updates it will log you out and it'll take 15 minutes to finally get back in
need vehicle [prefer SUV] under $14,250 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like the vast selection Carmax offers. Their system is easy. I know the prices are a bit inflated. I have not had an issue with the car I purchased from them. Everything they do is to gather and use data to improve their business and processes. I appreciate that, as a modern man who is busy with family & work. But, I fear that I am feeding an animal that will inevitably become a beast.
