Don't waste your time and just go to a car wash that you don't have to use this app for. loaded my wallet with cash, scan the QR code associated with the wash and vacuum and nothing ever activated. Lost all my money and can't seem to get it back.
The Worst! Getting a drive thru car wash with self vacuum should be quick and easy. This app makes it as challenging an experience as possible. The account set up doesn't work, and I can't even use the vacuum without installing this useless app. I regret even coming here.
Don't waste your time or money. Machines are regularly broken, the app is buggy and support is a joke.
vacuums are app operated, the app is annoying to navigate with all the noise and popups, and when I finally was able to navigate to a vacuum and tried to purchase a vacuum session, the purchase popup was blank and I couldn't move forward. deleting app and account and going to a different carwash even though this one is right by my house. also, who on earth wants games on their carwash app?? I literally just wanted to pay you $1 for a vacuum.
most locations have two or three automatic car washes and two of them are most always shut down. meaning you have to wait in line if you want an automatic car wash. The location on Schaefer parkway is in a LTE dead zone so the app doesn't work well, and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect. sometimes when a automatic stall is shut down they don't put out a orange cone so you pull in while other cars are getting to the one that's open and then you realize the one you pulled in is shut down, losing place.
dryers don't blow barely any water off your car
This place is awesome, I recommend the membership. worth every penny!!!!
Auto wash facilities are great, when they work. I am a long time 2-membership family and closed our accounts today. $120 a month and every time we go to get a wash, 1 or more bays are closed due to maintenance. This causes extremely long lines, so we move on. This is at every location. They charge premium prices but the service is just unusable. They gave me a free month as compensation a couple months ago, but what good is that - still can't get a wash - because of broken bays/long lines.
The Fox Hill location has 8 wash bays, 7 of them are closed & out of order. probably a 30 minute wait for the 1 working wash. This location has SO MANY PROBLEMS it needs a full time person on duty to fix things as they break. This location is TERRIBLE
downloads updates all the time and you need to wait for the wash. the machines are also regularly down
