I started tipping these people generously in hopes that I could at least get my drink as it is displayed on the label when I get it, today I ordered a turtle mocha and had to add all of the chocolate pieces myself after asking about why they weren't in there they just dumped a bunch of chocolate in a cup and said here you go.. I dumped it in as they said and ended up making my coffee taste horrible, already feeling anxiety from asking the first time why it wasn't correct I just gave up.

Recommends me to pickup from a store everydsy that is twice as far from me as my regular store that I have FAVORITED. BTW whats the point of a favorite store if it has no function? Annoying as can be.

twice I have ordered a hot drink, and both times I got it as a cooler. I double checked both times that I clicked on hot, but both times it was cold. I will not be using this app anymore, if it changes my order to whatever it deems worthy. the drink was good, but not what I wanted 😕.
