When looking at the menu items, you can't just hit close (X) or arrow back without being completely exited from the menu. EVERY dang time you have to hit the menu button and scroll back down to where you were. It's absolutely irritating and unnecessary considering we're in the year 2026 of app design and functionality. Please fix.

The app will not enroll my account because my phone number is associated with another account somehow, but it's my number and the only account I have. Essentially, I can only enroll if I provide a phone number and for some reason I can't use the only phone number I have. How do I bypass this issue?

If you are trying to make people like you again, this is not the way. I literally come and eat with you guys everyday, bring my family, and everything else. but your app is a piece of crud. Half the time it takes you to the website instead, and then when you try to use points, it tells you that your current location doesn't take points. I've tried this from everywhere from Greenville to Mesquite. I don't know what your problem is but this is not how you get your customers back. Figure it out.
