This might be the worst app I've ever used, every week I have to uninstall it and reinstall it several times in order for it to work. I wish there was a different place to get good doughnuts where I live.

Awful experience. I placed an order to pick up in the store at 11117 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. My second time going to Krispy Kreme. I was told they didn't have any of the items I ordered. I asked to place another other, Karen said they only what's in the display case, and she can not sell those. She said, "Leave the facility." I was shocked. I asked what she meant. She said, "I already told you we don't have anything you want. It's not that important. It's just donuts - get out."

I always used to get a donut at krispy kreme waterloo station on fridays as my tgif gift to myself. I’m keeping that tradition up to make my move from the UK less intimidating. So fun to see the different flavors of the donuts over here

this app won't clear expired deals added to cart and now I cant order mobile ahead of arrival. I have cleared data deleted app restarted phone. all the usual fixes are not working. I reinstall and it has the last items and deal added to cart
