keep taking ten extra dollars while I be sleeping
Do not use doordash. Three times in a row they have been stealing my order. They take a picture of it and everything's there but, they only give me part of it or none at all. I looked online and there have been reports of this going on all over the place. They do not background check their Dashers. I do not see them lasting much longer.
I tried to sign up for dash pass but as I went back to the menu it auto selected the year subscription purchase and now I just spent $100 I didn't mean to and it just took my money no confirmation needed. I'm pissed!
I am deeply dissatisfied with the way my orders from 7eleven are routed. I always end up getting my order from another city...when there at least 7 other locations very close to me that I can verify have doordash delivery..I am a Dasher and have picked up at these loactions...however my order always comes from an entire different city and takes way too long to get to me. your algorithm sucks, you way underpay the drivers, and rely on the customer to fully fund them and you pocket the rest!
got tricked into somehow spending 100!!! I thought I was spending 8 for the month. wow spoke to a supervisor and they said there was nothing they could do. do not use this service. it is fraud. I literally thought I was spending 8 for a MONTH!
horrible first order experience, the promo didn't work and support did nothing to help.
terrible company, will not even refund your order when every single item is incorrect
my app crashes showing where my driver is, my driver's app crashes when he accepts delivery orders. the restaurant Cooks the food correctly, the driver gets it to me when they're able to. everything about the service is great except your app, maybe take some of your profit and actually build a better app. 1/5 stars, company is useless.
I won't stop getting and error telling me my "transaction cannot be processed" I have tried multiple payment methods including PayPal and gift cards now I'm worried my gift cards will expire due to this error and I'll have wasted my money. I tried using a different device and it still wouldn't let me place my order. I went to the customer support but there was no help there at all I would recommend trying a different service or just getting food yourself.
They've really gone downhill in quality the past couple of years. My orders are almost always missing items and the dashers never follow instructions. And to top it off, I can't rate my dashers--the option no longer exists for me in the app.
