Terrible app. Hire normal developers. 2026: still garbage. now it says wrong password and resetting it doesn't work. 😁😁. what a joke
pretty sure swtch is basically a scam. they pre charge your card and hold a balance in your account without warning you when you sign up then its impossible to contact support when their charger isn't activating. Worst charging experience I've had ever.
no password changing option, inconsistent information, AI customer support is stupid. terrible app, terrible service.
worst charging APP & STATIONS EVER! Been to the same exact station a few times now, but it asks so many questions every single time, and frequently the lines are hidden or tucked under the android buttons, and the cursor won't move down! After all this it gives false error messages ex: charger suspended.. etc! expect at least a 20 min. waisted setup time EVERY CHARGE !
Won't let me add payment info. Maybe don't lock your chargers behind an app 🤷♂️ so very scummy.

App requires auto reload at a rate of $20 each time which is quite absurd. Allow a pay as you go method like every single other charging company on the market. other than that just another no name charging company nothing special
Do not create an account or they will take $20 from you for a $6 charging session. Pay as a guest every time
Does what is needed to start a charger however I really dislike that if you have any kind of payment issue the app effectively locks you out and demands payment before you can do anything else in the app like maybe look at the bill or figure out what happened.... The only thing it should lock you out of is charging further until you pay You should be able to access your account your settings and possibly the bill or bill area... You can't even access help. Please consider that in future updates
