this app is total garbage. information arrives a week late. says the vehicle is moving somewhere else when its parked in my driveway. im removing it. what a stupid company.

This app fails to provide email notifications and their tech support doesn't seem to provide a timely fix for it. I am very disappointed and have contacted them multiple times and still no fix.

Accuracy is garbage. Supposed to tell you when your check engine light is on but doesn't. Stupidest thing I let the dealership put on my car. (First dealership purchase for me ever). Now trying to figure out if I want to uninstall it.

shows car 3-4 houses away from where it is actually parked I was sitting in my car in the carport it showed me a my house and car 4 houses down parked on the street

doesn't work. gps failures. notification fails. no real tracking. I missed the old Elo gps app. it was simple and it worked. was forced to buy the subscription and it worked for 5 months then stopped.

It was great at first. Haven't owned the product a year. The time and report are now incorrect. I called the company to resolve the issue, they said on their end all looks fine. Advised me to call the dealership. Dealership charges $70 to run a diagnostic. It's a shame after paying $20k cash. Im getting passed around and charged, yet again. I've only had the car sense October. THIS IS BULL...

GPS is crappie. hardly ever right and not dependable. don't waste your money on this.
