App is extremely slow and poorly built. The menu is so broken up into "Different" restaurants instead of a single combined menu with all the options. It takes forever to browse and find stuff. Overall just a terrible not easy app to use. Makes it very unenjoyable and a turn off at times that pushes me to another restaurant option nearby

this app is so expensive you absolutely have to be a college graduate or a wealthy person perhaps lives home with your mother I don't understand why people get this kind of money for food and how in God's name can you afford them?

Some of the food is pretty good, other food is meh relative to similarly priced items at other restaurants. They've gotten my order wrong a few times, and one time they gave me an embarrassingly small portion of an item I'd ordered. Like what was the person in the kitchen thinking?? Sometimes it's easy to get help or a refund when an order is wrong, sometimes it's not.

App works, service doesn’t. Only half my order arrived. Customer service (apparently in California) was useless, and the app "resolved" it by offering "Wonder Credits"—truly amazing, considering Wonder doesn't even exist where I live. The food we actually got was aggressively mediocre. Ended up having to walk from my hotel to the site to fetch the missing bag myself. 5-star app, 1-star execution.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I tried to order dinner through wonder. There was a discount applied to our order before checkout that was expired apparently, but we didn't enter the discount code. The "help" chat told us we were using an expired coupon even though we never entered anything. Then they accused us of using negative language when we proved to them that they were inadequate at helping us come to a solution. We ended up ordering through doordash. Such a shame.

This food is absolute heat and serve slop. The company buys ratings on here and manipulates the ratings in app. None of the food is fresh. It's all reheated.
