the thing is it is not designed to help anyone other than your ability to cut meaningful communication. it makes it way to hard for an older person to use. they do not understand how to operate it and never will. this is highly unfair 😤

I can't access my scam blocker. it appears when I try to access it it says there's something wrong I am with someone with autism and ADHD I know it's not a good excuse what's my disabilities but I feel like it needs to work.
call dropping no customer service put on hold for over 10 mins, bad oh and music on hold is horrible too and the app turned off the auto pay on its own. it does this EVERY month. it has been happening for over a year now. I have pictures. I always have to go on the app and make the payment myself. it never just happens, I have to do it ever single time. I will be in touch soon

Zero stars if possible. As someone else said, the last update broke the app, its 100% unusable. Edit: I followed what the representative posted, still doesn't work. There is absolutely something wrong with the app.
As a business customer, T-Life app is garbage. I can't even login to my business account on my phone now because it redirects my back to the app and then fails because you are redirecting the app to a localhost address! Do you even care about Business clients? UPDATED: Thanks JamieE but as I stated, I can't visit that site on my phone and login because, when I try to login it takes me back to the T-Life app which can't handle the login! I can only use a computer and not my phone now!
This app is not working for me at all. Every time I try to use it, it says, "oops something went wrong" it is very frustrating
