the upgrade has many features and I'll take my time to figure the options.
s26 ultra and app crashes on change plan screen. clear cache and data, uninstall reinstall, still broken. brand new flagship phone for tmobile and the app they REQUIRE you to use now doesn't work. brilliant!

App is fine but T-Mobile in general and customer service is horrible I am a customer for almost 20 years I have problem with my Samsung 25+. I am trying to exchange it via the insurance that i pay for!!! i don't have time to go to T-Mobile store and wait 2 and half hours to move everything from old phone to new one!! i work 7 days a week and I just don't have time for it Every new phone breaks around 10 months. I believe it is on purpose to make us buy new phone. i believe it is on purpose
