The wyze app paired with my wyze bulb camera was very easy to set up and works great. my only complaint is that the toggle to control the lightbulb on the live monitoring display has disappeared since the last app update. i found that very useful and hope to see make a return.

They updated the app and now it's not compatible with my phone anymore. They already broke my old cameras with bad firmware updates. And now this. All part of their planned obsolescence. Absolutely terrible!!!

Yeah hi I'm sorry but I'm currently severely annoyed. I have been a beta tester for a while. Updated to Cam Plus for the trial period last week and was working fine. Now this week I go to try to watch my events videos. The preview screen opens up but then if I try to click any of them the entire app crashes and throws me out. I have done everything including leaving the beta testing *Update-installed the Android app without beta. Works again. Your Beta app is now useless/destroyed, jus FYI.

Such terrible AI that clearly does not do anything for intelligence of discerning people with other objects when providing alerts for cameras. I constantly try to submit feedback for errors of AI detection, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement. The AI component is a gimmick full of false alarms.

So far everything works well. video compression sucks badly. can't read a license plate from 15 to 20 away in broad daylight. biggest issue is sharing any footage or video. I can't share anything through the app. When I hit share it hives option for Facebook or tiktok? why, I want to share with police or neighbors, etc not with social media. then I hit share and it says downloading, forever and ever! I reinstalled the app. cleared cache, unplugged camera, reset camera and nothing works.

after years of supporting wyze, they have made the app near unusable. UI updates no one wanted or asked for. Quality of life improvements are supposed to improve, not make me want to throw the cameras out.

this app gives more analytics than any other app ive ever seen, some to china too, its a google API gateway app, if you can avoid it please do.

Horrible. The app, the cameras, support everything. The AI Support doesnt even know that my V4 is supposed to connect to 5G, thats why I bought it. This is the SECOND camera Im trying to get to work. It keeps telling me it doesnt, lol. They work for about a day or 2 then stop. Im going to have to suck up the financial loss and buy a totally different system. Its the Wyze Cam Pan v4 4k UHD, IT IS 5G.

App is flaky asf, won't let me consistently delete unasked-for recordings without glitching and forcing me to reopen it. There's too many times people are doing something outside, and somehow standing still enough to provoke 8 recordings of the same thing. Useless without subscription, and the subscription ain't much aside for "pay for what you thought you already paid for." Attracted to changing daylight and moving shadows. At least I see what it sees from indoors, that's the point right? -_-)

edit: They fixed the issue SO fast. changed to 5 stars! original:: it was great but now i randomly cant hit select all and delete all the video at once... it bugs out. will change review back to 5 stars once thats fixed because its annoying to have to select each one when theres over 100...
