This app still sucks. It takes 40 seconds just to connect to the TV and - god forbid, I switch over to another app to respond to a text message - it loses the connection to the TV and I have to wait another stupid 40 seconds for it to reconnect. If this is the experience I can expect, and the shoddy level of progress and solutioning I can expect, I will NEVER buy another LG product in my life. Its almost comedically bad.
very bad app . After the last update, my mobile app lost connection to my lg tv and no way to connect them again, even after reinstalling the app several times.
the app says it can't communicate and I need to set my time as automatic on my phone, but I can't do that because I live right on the line of a time zone change. please fix this as I cant diagnose, or see when my dishwasher needs to be cleaned. thanks
I've downloaded and uninstalled this app about eight times now it will not load a 26 Android phone to a LG thinq iOS 3 whatever LOLs 3 Smart TV that's not even a year old it will load anything you do not want it to load your vacuum cleaner coffee machine anything unimportant
terrible app, updates every week for no reason whatsoever.
it's got to the point I've lost count of how much the digital remote doesn't work. my remote is broken irl, so I had to use this app. there's basically no point, nothing works

Cannot reset my password, email never arrives. Have lost control of my Thinq fans now, and they're turning on automatically during winter. No one at LG seems to know who supports this app. I can't sign in there or reset password. I am based in South Africa, it does not pick up my email.
